    The fact is that right from birth, not only are we sensitive to how our children are feeling, but our babies [from a very early age] and children are perceptive and sensitive to our feelings too.

    Our happiness/calmness/feeling of well being is picked up by them. This in turn, helps them to feel lovely and secure.………. feelings which will enable them to relax and to sleep. It is a wonderful, two way process.
