Online or Clinic Consultations and Workshops:

  • The acceptance of an online or clinic consultation, or a place on a workshop will be regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • The fee for your consultation or workshop place services is due in advance of the initial appointment.
  • If the appointment is cancelled the following terms and conditions apply:
    • Less than 24 hours’ notice – no refund
    • More than 24 hours’ notice – fully refunded
  • If you need to rearrange your appointment because you are your child is ill – provided that you let her know as soon as possible, Andrea understands and will be happy to arrange another day. There will be no charge or cancellation fee as long as the same service is being booked for a later date.
  • If Andrea needs to cancel your consultation or a workshop at short notice due to personal circumstances – you will be offered a full refund or a chance to rearrange your consultation or join another workshop at a later date.
  • Payment for a workshop confirms your place on that given workshop and is non-refundable from the point of booking.
  • Andrea will work hard to help families achieve the results they want. However, she can never give a 100% guarantee, as there are sometimes factors affecting children’s sleep which are outside of her control.
  • Andrea advises that for a successful outcome, parents follow her advice closely and implement the recommendations that she makes in their individual sleep plans.
  • Bespoke sleep plans will be written and sent by email within 48 hours of the initial consultation, but Andrea will often be able to send the sleep plans sooner.
  • Andrea is contactable during the hours of 9 am to 6 pm from Mondays to Thursdays and 9 am – 12 pm on Fridays. During this time messages and emails will be responded to as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, however, there may be times when Andrea is working with a family or due to personal circumstances cannot reply as quickly as this.
  • With inclusive sleep packages, the support period lasts for the designated time post-consultation unless a date has been agreed otherwise. If the support is not used by the client, there is no refund available. Unused support may not be “banked” and taken at a later date.
  • Additional support may be purchased at a rate of £25 per email or £150 per hour for online or telephone support.

Online Courses:

Each purchase is intended to be used only by one person, unless specified otherwise. You are not allowed to share your purchase and/or provide access to such purchase to a third party. Please acknowledge that the products and services we provide constitute Our intellectual property and may not be exploited in any way prohibited by these Terms.


We are committed to protecting Your privacy. We will only use information collected from individual Customers particularly email addresses to facilitate and deliver orders as part of Our commitment to provide the Services Our Customers have paid.  We will also be using Your emails to promote Our other products/services. You can opt out anytime by pressing the unsubscribe button that can be found in every email We send. We will constantly review Our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to Our Customers. 


Unless otherwise indicated, this Website is Our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, Website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Website (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by Us or licensed to Us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws in various jurisdictions including EU and US, international copyright laws, and international conventions. 


You can stop using our Services at any time. You may delete your User Account by Website features or notifying Us at When you decide to delete Your User Account, We will delete Your data, although this may not take place immediately. 


We reserve the right to revise our Terms at any time and we will notify you of such changes, via a banner on the website, email notification, another method, or combination of methods. In all cases, your continued use of the Services/Products after publication of such changes, with or without notification, constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
